2Account Registration & Eligibility

- One Account: Each person may only open one account. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

- Password Security: Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.
- KYC Verification: You may be required to submit a national ID or passport prior to withdrawal or upon request by ACB365.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

- Fees: ACB365 generally does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless ACB365 specifically provides a cash-out option.
- Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the outcome will be settled based on the odds at the time the bet was confirmed.
- Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

- Live Betting: Odds in live betting change rapidly. ACB365 is not responsible for bets rejected due to connectivity issues.
- Incorrect Odds: ACB365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.

6Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of your balance:
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
- Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes
- Automated betting using software or bots
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ACB365 systems
- Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
- Using a third-party account or allowing others to use your account
- Misleading or providing false information to ACB365 staff
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
ACB365 uses an advanced fraud detection system. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
7Responsible Gaming
